In the beginning, FU WEI Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1981, a prominent manufacturer in the field of heading machine & thread rolling machine, to meet the large demand from the domestic market of Taiwan. Its highly efficient mass production satisfied the urgent demand of screw manufacturers for machinery equipment of heading machine & thread rolling machine. FU WEI Machinery has been closely keeping up with contemporary transformations and constantly devoted to structural improvement and research and development of new technologies so that its products can reflect the constant changes in the macro environment.
In 2001, the flourishing development of the global electronic industry and the sudden increase in the demand for light, thin, small, and compact multi-purpose 3C products opened another door of revolutionary opportunities and innovation for FU WEI Machinery. FU WEI devoted itself to the research and development of mini equipment (heading machine) that was smaller in size and formally introduced the “Bush Cut-off Fingerless Heading Machine.”
In 2003, to seek advancement in the overall development of the precise screw technology, FU WEI devoted itself to the research and development of “Micro Thread Rolling Machine” and expedited upgrade of its peripheral industry. Also, to further enhance its R&D capability and product quality, it successfully passed the ISO-9001 certification in the following
year.
In 2004, the “2 Die 3 Blow Micro Forming Machine” was introduced. Ever since then, FU WEI has developed toward precise multi-stroke processes and diversified its products which have been widely adopted and greatly reputed among domestic and international customers.
In 2005, the highly precise design and process associated with the Mini Cassette Change Former of Japan Daido machinery was introduced and the mini technology of FU WEI made another step forward. From 1-die 2-blow, 2-die 3-blow, 4-die 4-blow, and 6-die 6-blow micro heading machines (micro cold formers), the mini series is more complete to satisfy the mini screw (micro screw), micro fastener and diversified market demand while at the same time consolidating its core technology to facilitate future development.
In 2008, to reinforce the precision of mini cold-forge forming machine and stability of its product quality, the first generation of Bush Cut-off Fingerless Heading Machine “H Series” was introduced to ensure more efficient production and products of enhanced quality.
In 2009, the second generation of the “Micro Thread Rolling Machine” was successfully developed for mini screw/micro fastener market. The minimal producible specification is M0.6. The machinery is not only more precise but also more personalized with its micro-adjustment design so that it is more convenient and time-saving for operators to test prototypes and the stability in the size of products during the production process is also more efficiently enhanced.
In 2010, new brand – “U Queen Machinery Co., Ltd.” was established. The Executive Director Cathy, Yi expresses her prospect towards U Queen. Concentrating in micro high technology products development and specialisation, apply existing professional knowledge and outstanding techniques along with abundant manufacturing experience, introducing better products to satisfy micro heading machine & micro thread rolling machine market requirement. The new series of Automatic Micro Forming Machine can take wire diameters from 0.5mm to 6mm; especially specialise specification under 3mm, the series offers plentiful selection from 1D2B, 2D3B, 4D4B to 6D6B. In the Future, U Queen Machinery co., Ltd. is proposing to become the No.1 manufacturing leader in Micro Forming Machine.
